Cats are carnivores. If there is no cat food, you can feed them some cooked chicken breast, fish or beef. When cooking, you can add a little less salt and no other seasonings. Then, pick out the bones and fish bones before feeding them. Cats eat.

You can also feed cats freeze-dried food or canned cat food. These foods are very filling and can also provide cats with extremely high nutrition. If there is no meat or canned food, you can also eat some rice, noodles, brown rice, oats and other flour-based foods first.

It should be noted that cats must not be fed the following foods:

1. Milk: Most cats do not have lactase and cannot break down the lactose in milk. It is easy to have diarrhea.

2. Fruits: Grapes can cause kidney failure in cats. Peaches, pears, apricots, plums, and avocados can be poisonous to cats. Melons and strawberries are edible, but the sugar content is too high, so long-term excessive consumption should be avoided.

3. Pickled products: salted fish, pickled meat and the like, the salt content is too high. Cats usually don’t like to drink water. Feeding them can easily lead to sodium poisoning.

4. Chocolate: The theobromine and caffeine in chocolate are highly toxic to cats, and chocolate is equal to poison for cats.

5. Contains alcohol: Alcohol can cause damage to the cat’s liver and brain, causing vomiting and diarrhea, and even death in severe cases.
