Milk cats cannot eat shrimp. Milk cats refer to cats from birth to weaning. Generally, they can only provide nutrition through breast milk or goat milk powder fed by their owners. At this time, the cat's gastrointestinal system is developing, and the digestive system is not perfect enough to digest shrimp. It is not recommended that cat owners feed shrimp to the cat. Dietary precautions for dairy cats:

1. Feeding method: 4 to 5 times a day from three to four weeks to 2.5 months after birth. Dry cat food can be mixed with warm water and given to cats. Just after the weaning period, give it in small amounts and increase the frequency. Some cats will suffer from diarrhea when ingesting cow's milk, so when choosing milk powder, goat milk powder should be chosen.

3-4 times a day from 2.5 months to 6 months after birth. Give your cat dry food directly, and be sure to have fresh water nearby so it can drink. 2 times a day for cats from 6 months old to adult.

2. Feeding time: Give it regularly and correctly at a fixed time and in a fixed place, so that the cat can develop good habits. Do not allow your cat to have food readily available as this will overburden his digestive system.

Feed your cat in a quiet place away from the litter box, otherwise your cat may refuse to eat. Leave the food on for a while (15 to 30 minutes) and then remove the bowl until the next feeding time.

3. Feeding amount: The initial amount given is as big as the cat’s head. Later, you can change it according to different life stages. Kitten cat food is specially prepared for kittens to meet their special nutritional needs.

If the kitten has just been weaned, it needs to be fed 4 to 5 times a day. The frequency of feeding can be gradually reduced. When the cat is 6 months old and its weight has grown to 3/4 of that of an adult cat, the frequency of feeding can be reduced to twice a day.
