Massage cannot relieve the pain of a folded-eared cat. Once a cat with folded ears becomes ill, the pain can only be relieved by medication. Cats can be given non-steroidal analgesics according to doctor's advice. If the cat has joint and bone pain, some arthritis drugs can be added.

How to relieve the pain of cats with folded ears:

1. Keep giving the cat chondroitin. Chondroitin can help the cat ease the impact and friction when moving, and reduce illness. Do not give your cat calcium supplements to avoid worsening the condition.

2. Do not force the Fold-eared cat to do strenuous exercise, such as running, because every step the Fold-eared cat takes will be painful.

3. After a folded-eared cat becomes ill, it needs more time to accompany it and take care of it, so you must take more time to care for it.

4. There is currently no cure for the hereditary skeletal disease in cats with folded ears. Drugs can only be used to help cats relieve pain and alleviate the worsening of the condition.
