What should Chow Chow eat?

It is good for Chow Chow dogs to eat the following foods:

1. Natural dog food: Dog food with reasonable nutritional ratio and high protein content is most beneficial to the growth of Chow Chow dogs.

2. Meat: Chow Chow can be fed lean pork and chicken breasts with low fat content and high protein content.

3. Cereals: You can eat some whole grains in moderation every day. Cereals are rich in fiber and are good for the Chow Chow’s health.

Foods that Chow Chows cannot eat:

1. Indigestible foods such as squid, shells, mushrooms, etc. can cause diarrhea or vomiting.

2. Pungent spices such as ginger, curry powder, and chili are too irritating to the stomach.

3. Onions contain toxicity that dissolves red blood cells. Ingestion can easily cause poisoning symptoms such as hematuria or anemia.

4. Chocolate may produce toxic substances after consumption, causing symptoms such as urinary incontinence, convulsions, and schizophrenia.

5. Chicken and fish bones are sharp and hard and can easily hurt the mouth and digestive organs, and they cannot be fed.
