The training method is: let the dog wear a collar , the dog owner gives the "sit" command and orders the dog to sit down.

Step 2: The dog owner walks in front of the dog and squats down, then puts the food or snack in his hand and slowly moves it from top to bottom in front of the dog.

Step 3: When the food or snack in your hand keeps touching the ground, the dog will also lie down in order to eat the snack. When the dog is about to lie down, you need to shout the command to the dog: "Lie down!"
