Shiba Inu puppies can take a bath after 3 months. Shiba Inu dogs before 3 months old have poor immunity and are prone to catching cold and getting sick while taking a bath. When bathing a Shiba Inu, it is more appropriate to keep the water temperature at 40-43 degrees. Before taking a bath, you can comb its hair and untie the knotted hair, so that the bath will be smoother. After taking a bath, dry the hair in time, and then use a hair dryer to dry the hair completely to prevent it from getting cold.
Precautions for bathing a Shiba Inu:
1. If the dog is sick, you must not bathe it to avoid aggravating the condition. You must wait until it is completely healthy. Only then can you give it a bath.
2. Don’t bathe your dog too frequently, as it will damage the dog’s sebaceous glands and easily cause hair loss. Bathing once every half month is enough.

3. Do not use human bath products to bathe your dog, as it will irritate its skin. Use pet bath products to bathe it.
