Treatment methods for Samoyed ear inflammation:

1. After the Samoyed ear becomes inflamed, first put an Elizabeth collar on the golden retriever, and then remove the hair from the Samoyed ear. Remove it cleanly to facilitate subsequent treatment.

2. Use hemostatic forceps to hold dry cotton to wipe the affected area in the ear, and then apply anti-inflammatory drugs or instill some ear drops in the ear.

3. Some Samoyeds have serious ear inflammation. The Samoyeds need to be sent to the hospital to have the doctor give anti-inflammatory injections to the Golden Retriever. The Samoyeds’ ears must also be cleaned regularly to avoid reinfection.

Causes of ear inflammation in Samoyeds:

1. Samoyeds’ ears were pricked by branches when playing outdoors in the woods, or they were injured in fights with other dogs. Bite the ear, or be hit, scratched, abraded, etc. by other external forces. If the dog has these conditions but is not disinfected in time, it will lead to bacterial infection of the ear.

2. When a Samoyed’s ear is infected with cocci, bacilli or fungi, it can cause ear inflammation.

3. Water in the ears is a common cause of ear inflammation in Samoyeds, especially those with thicker ear canal hair.

4. When Samoyeds are infected with ear mites, they can also cause ear inflammation.
