Note that the environment when training Huskies should be quiet, and the owner’s voice should be soft:

When starting to train a Husky dog to learn the "standing" skill, it should be trained in a relatively quiet environment. This makes it easier for the Husky dog to focus. At the same time, the dog owner's face should be expressive and his voice should be soft and pleasant. If you suddenly stare, push or pull your husky, your dog will think that you have done something wrong for it and will not be able to concentrate on learning.

Specific methods for Husky standing training:

The key points of Husky training are: first, let the Husky sit in front of the trainer, with the Husky’s head facing the right elbow and the tail facing the left side of the trainer. Then the trainer grabs the dog's collar with his right hand on the top or side, and at the same time puts his left hand under the dog's belly and attaches it to the hind leg, with the palm facing down, calls the dog's name, and issues the "stand" command (with a long tone).

When the "stand" command is given, gently lift the husky's collar and touch the dog's hind legs to make the husky stand (do not hit the dog's legs, just touch its legs gently, and do not force the dog to stand) . When the Husky stands, keep your hands still in place to keep the dog in a standing position. It is best to keep the Husky standing for a few seconds at a time.

Key points for training Huskies:

When training a large dog like a husky, you should put your left arm under the dog's belly and touch its hind legs with your palm. If the dog wants to move, you can use your palm to control the dog from the side to keep it in the correct position. Give one or more "stand" commands and ask the dog to remain standing for a period of time.

At the same time, use your right hand to give gesture instructions to the husky. Put the fingers of your right hand together and raise your hand 3-6 cm away from the husky's face. If you touch the dog's face, don't stop. Regardless of whether you use a command or gesture to command the dog to "stand", your left hand should remain in the original position and try to make the husky stand for a few seconds. After the Husky obeys the command and stands, be sure to reward it.
