The big dog in Tom and Jerry is the British bulldog. In the cartoon, it has well-developed limbs and is very ferocious. So what should we pay attention to when raising British Bulldogs in reality?

English Bulldogs are very afraid of heat and may even have difficulty breathing in severe cases. Exercise is necessary, but be careful not to let it run vigorously. It is best to choose a cooler time in the early morning or evening to avoid overloading the heart. Pay attention to climate changes.

In addition, do not give excessive diet and nutrition to avoid obesity. English Bulldogs do not require a lot of exercise, and they rarely get sick except for general breathing problems caused by a flat face and close jaws during the improvement of the breed. At the same time, you should also pay attention to environmental hygiene and keep the air fresh. The climate is hot in summer, so be careful to prevent heatstroke.

Feeding is relatively simple. Food can solve general problems, but more calcium and vitamins must be supplemented. As for calcium, liquid calcium is the best, calcium powder is the second best, and calcium tablets are the worst for absorption.

The two leading causes of accidental death of English bulldogs are poisoning and car accidents.

(1) It is absolutely prohibited to dig through the trash can, lick or eat outside food when going out. Even if you are not poisoned, you can easily get infected by bacteria if you eat randomly.

(2) The English Bulldog must be trained to follow. English Bulldogs are easy to get lost and have more accidents.
