We can judge whether the Chihuahua dog is healthy from its poop.

1. Healthy poop:

The shape is cylindrical and can be pinched with a paper towel.

 2. Soft stool:

I tried to wrap it up with a paper towel, but it quickly seeped through the paper and left traces on the ground. Reason: Colds, eating too much or being too cold can cause diarrhea.

3. Slender stool:

Thinner than normal poop. This is a danger sign because the intestinal lumen is narrowed or the intestinal tract is blocked due to ingestion of a foreign object.

4. Mosaic poop:

Incompletely digested things such as corn are embedded in the stool. Dogs cannot digest the food they eat because some foods are not suitable for the dog’s stomach.

5. Small ball-shaped stool:

Each one is in the shape of a small ball, with few bowel movements, hard stools, and only one bowel movement every 2-3 days. Inflammation caused by insufficient drinking water or improper diet can cause dogs to have dry stools and even have difficulty defecating.

6. Mud-like poop:

Mud-like liquid stool, chocolate-colored or brown-colored mud-like stool with a strong putrid smell. Digestive tract mucosal damage, pathogenic infection or digestive tract ulcer.

7. Watery stool:

Defecation is like running water. Although there are lumps in the stool, it is basically liquid. When a dog has watery stool, it may be a sign of serious infections and diseases such as parvovirus infection and coronavirus enteritis, and it may worsen rapidly.

8. Mucus:

There is mucus in the stool, with mucus and bubbles on it. It may be that the rectal mucosa near the dog's anus is severely inflamed.

9. Tar poop:

The mucus is tarry and has a shape. Bleeding in the stomach and intestines lasts for too long, and the blood has coagulated and is mixed with the stool during excretion.
