Dogs need to be vaccinated against rabies. Rabies cannot be cured once infected, so it is recommended that owners regularly vaccinate their dogs against rabies, and owners also need to be vaccinated against rabies. Generally, dogs that receive rabies vaccination for the first time must be at least 3 months old. After vaccination, you need to stay in the hospital for observation for about 20-30 minutes. The dog can leave after there are no other abnormal reactions. After that, booster vaccinations can be carried out every 11 months every year.

Notes on dog vaccination:

1. The dog needs to stay in the new home for more than 15 days, fully adapt to the environment at home, and go through the stress period to get vaccinated.

2. Rabies vaccine needs to be injected after 3 months of age.

3. Internal and external deworming can be done in advance one week before vaccination, so as to eliminate parasites, make the body healthier, and the effect of vaccination will be better.

4. After vaccination, you need to be observed in the hospital for at least 30 minutes before you can leave until there are no abnormalities. If your dog develops facial edema, shortness of breath, purple tongue, etc., you need to contact your veterinarian promptly for anti-allergy injections.

5. After the vaccination, pay attention to keeping warm. Keep the food, drink and environment the same as before for a week. Reduce going out and exercising. You should not take a bath within a week and have as little contact with dogs outside as possible.
