Bacterial infection of the dog's skin causes skin lesions called pyoderma. Usually caused by infections such as Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. Pyoderma is divided into two types: primary and secondary, and can also be divided into superficial and deep pyoderma. Dogs suffering from pyoderma can take a medicated bath with a lotion containing chlorhexidine glucose acetate, and they also need anti-inflammatory treatment.

Causes of pyoderma in dogs:

1. Pyoderma caused by skin allergies caused by inhalation, contact, food or bites by parasites.

2. The dog’s own skin protection mechanism is reduced, or the immunity is reduced, etc., which are potential or related factors.

3. Pyoderma caused by endocrine, metabolic or nutritional problems in dogs.
