Puppies will not grow up if they don’t exercise. Dogs that have not exercised for a long time will have reduced resistance and a greater chance of getting sick. At the same time, it is easy to become obese. Obesity may lead to physical weakness, susceptibility to colds, diabetes and other diseases. Therefore, dogs that do not exercise enough for a long time will not only grow slowly, but also develop pathological conditions.

Things to note when taking your dog to exercise:

1. Be well prepared. Be sure to have clean drinking water ready to prevent your dog from becoming thirsty. Preparing a traction rope can avoid many dangers and troubles.

2. Exercise moderately. The amount of exercise varies depending on the breed, age and individual dogs, and cannot be left to the owner's likes and dislikes.

3. Pay attention to exercise time. It is best to eat in the morning or evening when the weather is not too hot. Avoid exercising right after eating, as this can easily cause digestive problems.

4. Prepare the leash. Always keep your dog on a leash when you go out for exercise, especially on urban streets. Don't neglect the leash.

5. Keep warm. After the dog has finished exercising, do not place the dog in a place with drafts. A dog that has just finished exercising may catch a cold if the cool breeze blows.

6. Take a shower after calming down. Do not bathe immediately after going out for exercise. Wait until the dog calms down before bathing.
