It is recommended that full-month puppies be dewormed first and then vaccinated. Usually, internal and external deworming can be carried out when the puppy is one month old, but it is necessary to choose low-toxic deworming drugs to avoid causing symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhea in the puppy. When the puppy is about 45 days old, it can be injected with infectious vaccines according to the vaccination process. In the first year of vaccination, three shots of vaccines to prevent infectious diseases and one shot of vaccine to prevent rabies are required.

Notes on dog vaccination:

1. Newly purchased dogs cannot be vaccinated. For a newly purchased pet dog, you should feed it for about a week. After the dog eats and defecates stably, go to the pet hospital for a check-up to see if it is suitable for vaccination. Only healthy dogs can be vaccinated.

2. Vaccine injections need to have a certain continuity. If you are sure to vaccinate your dog, annual injections are necessary, and generally speaking, the vaccine for the next year should be given half a month to a month earlier than the previous year's injection to avoid accidents when the vaccine is about to expire.

3. If the dog is sick, the vaccination should be postponed. If the dog becomes sick when it is time to vaccinate, it is not suitable to vaccinate at this time, otherwise it will be harmed. Symptomatic treatment should be given first, and the body should be conditioned to recover before injection.
