Be aware of the following two points when it comes to reproductive problems in toy tiger cats. First, when a cat suffers from estrus, it will lead to reproductive disorders. Some castrated male cats may also ride and mate with estrous female cats, causing the female cat to stop estrus and stop ovulation, causing the female cat to stop ovulating. Cat eggs cannot be fertilized normally. Second, mating disorders among cats are also one of the main causes of reproductive disorders in cats. The mating behavior of most male cats relies on familiar mating environments and fixed mating processes. If a male cat is transferred to an unfamiliar environment, it will cause the male cat to be unable to mate and cause mating disorders.

Precautions for toy tiger cats after pregnancy:

1. Cats should not be vaccinated, dewormed or bathed during pregnancy, and the cat should not always be scavenged out of curiosity. Touching the cat's belly can cause harm to the fetus and the mother cat. If you have a multi-cat household, it is recommended to isolate the pregnant cat from other cats.

2. Diet. Calories in the early stages of pregnancy should be increased slightly to allow the female cat's weight to increase steadily. The caloric requirement is about 100Kcal/kg/day. Do not supplement too much nutrition, as this will make the kitten bigger and easily cause dystocia for the mother.

3. Care. The pregnancy period of cats is about 63-66 days, but some may last as long as 71 days. Pay attention to whether there are signs of premature birth.

4. Expecting to give birth. Make an opening in the carton 10-15 cm from the bottom to facilitate the entry and exit of the female cat and prevent the kittens from falling out. It is also best to have a lid, which can be opened to take care of the kitten when necessary.
