Corgis can keep their tails flowing. The Corgi was originally a working dog used to chase cattle and hunt. The tail was docked to prevent the Corgi from being stepped on by cattle when herding cattle. Now the tail is docked to make the Corgi look better and satisfy people. The aesthetic appeal of the corgi does not affect the health of the corgi, and tail docking can cause severe pain to the corgi.

Characteristics of the Corgi:

1. Strong and well-proportioned body. The corgi's body has a straight back, and the muscles of the hindquarters are well developed and strong. Although it has short legs, its body proportions are very strong and well-proportioned.

2. Triangular ears. The Corgi's ears are relatively large, upright, and shaped like an equilateral triangle.

3. The head resembles a fox. Its face is thin, without excess fat, its mouth is pointed and compact, and its head looks very much like a fox.

4. Short limbs. Corgis have relatively short limbs, but they have plenty of bones and feel relatively strong and thick.

5. The coat on the back is the only color. The coat colors of Corgis are generally divided into two colors and three colors, but purebred Corgis have only one color on their backs.
