Solutions to maternal mammary gland hyperplasia during pregnancy: 1. Give the cat progesterone-lowering drugs. Alepristone blocks progesterone receptors and stops the feedback loop that has been established. It may take several days of treatment to be effective. 2. Use a warm towel for hot compress, and then massage the female cat every day. 3. After the female cat gives birth and passes the lactation period, she can be taken to the pet hospital for surgical removal. 4. The uterus and ovaries can be removed to prevent the recurrence of mammary gland hyperplasia in female cats.

Precautions for giving alepristone to cats to treat mammary gland hyperplasia:

1. The dose is 10mg/kg, twice within 24 hours, or 20mg/kg once kg.

2. For pregnant cats, the dose is 15mg/kg, twice within 24 hours.

3. Usually improvement occurs within 24 hours after the second injection.
