Can dogs be bathed in cold water?
Do not bathe your dog with cold water. Because cold water will irritate the dog's skin, it can easily cause the dog to have a stress reaction and easily lead to colds. It is recommended that when bathing the dog, adjust the water to about 36 to 38 degrees Celsius, and slowly drizzle the water from the dog's body to reduce the dog's stress response. After bathing, you need to blow dry all the dog's hair, and make sure that the temperature difference in the environment where the dog is located is not large to prevent the dog from catching a cold.
Notes on dog bathing:
1. Generally, it is recommended to bathe the dog once a week. It is not recommended to deworm or vaccinate the dog before and after bathing.
2. Adjust the water temperature in advance and blow-dry your hair after taking a bath.
3. Bathe the dog with a bath liquid specially designed for pets.
4. It is not recommended to bathe puppies or dogs with weak constitution.
