Cats need to be dewormed even if they don’t have worms, because deworming is preventive and needs to be done regularly. It is only done if parasites appear, which is a therapeutic deworming. Too many parasites can lead to many diseases. Cats generally undergo external deworming about once a month and internal deworming about once every three months. In addition, do not use the same anthelmintic for a long time.

Symptoms of parasitic infection in cats:

1. Frequent vomiting. If a cat is infected with parasites, it will develop nausea, vomiting and other symptoms.

2. Feeling unwell, losing a lot of hair, and prone to skin diseases.

3. Abnormally elevated body temperature or warm ears.

4. White gums, anemia or blood in the stool.

5. There are large rashes on the skin or frequent licking and biting of certain parts of the body, such as buttocks.

6. There are foreign bodies in the excrement.
