The most important way to accompany a sugar glider is to interact with it. You can put it in your sleeve or pocket, rub its chin and belly, tease it with your fingers, or use a cat teaser or cat stick. The shoelaces tease it and give it a sense of familiarity and dependence. Reasonably control the time you play with it, neither too long nor too short. Too long can easily cause fatigue, so it is better to control it to about half an hour.

Things to note when playing with a sugar glider:

1. First of all, you must become a good friend with it. The untamed sugar glider will chirp loudly as long as it is slightly close to it. Although it is noisy and a bit nerve-wracking, you should be able to feel their strong vigilance.

2. Since they are originally social animals, in order to communicate with them without pressure, taming them is also very important. After the sugar glider gets used to its new environment, let it play with its owner.

3. The focus is on "smell" and "snacks". Most animals are very sensitive to smells, and sugar gliders in particular are very dependent on smells, and even use smells to communicate with each other.

4. Another thing to note is that when playing with sugar gliders, it is best not to use perfume or hand cream containing fragrances.
