If a cat vomits yellow water after receiving the rabies vaccine, it indicates that the cat is not adaptable to the vaccine and has an allergic reaction. If a cat is allergic to vaccines, the possible symptoms include diarrhea, vomiting, shock, epilepsy, coma and sudden death.

Mild diarrhea and vomiting may last for 1-2 days. They are normal vaccine reactions, so don’t worry too much. If a cat has a severe allergic reaction, such as muscle tremors, unsteady gait, redness and swelling all over the body, the owner needs to take the cat to a doctor immediately for treatment.
