Reasons for dog vaccination failure:

1. Genetic factors. Some of the reasons why dog vaccinations fail are genetic. Faced with the wide variety of dogs on the market, some dogs inherit congenital immune deficiencies from their mothers, so the vaccines they receive are prone to failure. Different dogs will respond differently to the same vaccine.

2. Vaccine reasons and improper use of vaccines are also causes of vaccine injection failure. We all know that there are many types of vaccines, mainly divided into domestic and imported varieties. Therefore, when vaccinating dogs, be sure to choose vaccines produced by regular manufacturers.

3. Improper use of vaccines. The vaccine should not be injected into the buttocks. There is a lot of fat tissue in the buttocks and few immune active cells. The antibody titer produced after injection is low and the antibody decreases quickly.

4. Mutation of vaccine viruses. Even if the vaccine produces high titers of antibodies, a small number of dogs may still get sick. This is because viruses can mutate, and existing vaccines target normal viruses. If the surface antigen of the virus mutates, and the vaccinated dog is unfortunately infected with the mutated virus, it is still possible to get sick.

5. The dog’s own nutritional deficiencies are also the cause of vaccine injection failure. Therefore, when vaccinating your dog, you must choose the right time, when your dog is healthy. Lack of vitamins A, D, B, E and various trace elements and full-price proteins will affect the speed or quantity of immune antibodies.

6. The dog is in poor health. For example, if parasites are not removed, high fever or even irritation, etc., it may cause immune failure and allergic reactions. Depending on the body constitution, allergic dogs may have skin rash, rapid breathing, inexplicable diarrhea, edema, sunken eyeballs and other symptoms. Send it to the pet hospital in time.

7. The problem of dog injection time. Dogs are in the incubation period of the disease when they are vaccinated, so they are already infected by the virus when the vaccine injected at this time cannot have an immune effect.
