Causes of bleeding from hamster’s butt:

1. When the breeder finds that the hamster’s butt is bleeding, it may be because the hamster is angry and the hamster has eaten in a short period of time. Too much high-calorie food can lead to internal heat, and may also be accompanied by symptoms such as proptosis of the eye.

2. When a hamster is in estrus or is pregnant, the hamster's butt will also bleed. The breeder does not need to worry, this is a normal phenomenon.

3. When a hamster has intestinal diseases or intestinal bleeding, the hamster’s butt will also bleed.

4. When a hamster prolapses, blood will be discharged from the buttocks, and a small section of the rectum will also be discharged.

5. Breeders can observe whether there is any trauma on the hamster’s buttocks, which may be scratches by foreign objects or bleeding caused by fights between hamsters.
