The Bald Bulbul recognizes its owner, but you must start taming it from an early age, otherwise it will not be successful. When raising it, you can occasionally approach it with your hands and play with it more, but be careful not to let it feel that it has been violated. Sometimes you can open the birdcage, take it outside the cage for a walk, and let it stand on your finger, which can enhance mutual affection.

How to raise white-headed bulbuls:

1. Feed feeding method. When raising white-headed bulbuls, you can use a kind of powder as a standing feed, such as mixing corn flour, peanut rice flour, and cooked egg yolk in a ratio of 5:2:3, or feeding some chin powder (mung bean flour, corn flour, cooked egg yolk, Freshwater fish meal or silkworm pupa meal (mixed at 5:2:2:1); often add some fruits and insect larvae and pupae.

2. Management and training. In captivity, the white-headed bulbul is a soft-eating bird, and the water in the water tank is easily contaminated. It needs to be cleaned and replaced with fresh drinking water every day. If you cannot finish the fruits you feed on the same day, you should take out the rest. Provide bath water every day or every other day and allow them to bathe on their own. Wash your bird's cage once a week. White-headed bulbuls are not cold-tolerant. If they are raised in the north, they must be raised indoors in winter and stop going out to wander the birds.

3. Feeding requirements. The white-headed bulbul is suitable for eating some soft and delicate food. The water tank it uses is easily contaminated. You need to clean the water tank for it every day and ensure that it always drinks clean water. Any unfinished water that day must be replaced. A water canal should be provided for the white-headed bulbul to bathe in the summer, and also in the spring and autumn, as it will groom itself. The birdcage should be kept clean at all times and thoroughly cleaned once a week. White-headed bulbuls are afraid of the cold. When raising this kind of bird in the north, you must pay attention to the temperature of their living environment. They should be raised indoors in winter, and it is not suitable to go out for a walk when the weather is too cold.
