Do raccoons recognize their owners?
Raccoons will not recognize their owners. Raccoons are wild and difficult to tame and can be quite aggressive. No matter how long they are kept, they will not listen to their owners and may even bite them. Moreover, raccoons are very destructive. It is easy for them to climb over walls and dig holes. They are also very noisy at night and are not suitable for family keeping.
Notes on raising raccoons:
1. Everything you want it to do must be cultivated from an early age. If you want it to wear a collar, if you want it to go out with you, if you want to cut its nails, these things must be cultivated day after day after it comes to you.
2. When communicating with a raccoon, be careful not to be bitten or scratched by it. Raccoons in estrus are very aggressive. People who are not usually close to them should try not to come into contact with raccoons. Don't hit it when educating it.
