Rabbits have strong hair and can easily cause parasites to colonize. In order to ensure the health of rabbits, deworming work must be done well. Generally, deworming drugs should be taken according to the age and weight of the rabbit under the guidance of a veterinarian, and deworming should be performed every three months.

Precautions for deworming rabbits:

1. Prevent poisoning. Most anthelmintic drugs have a certain degree of toxicity. If the dose is too high or the treatment time is too long, it is likely to cause poisoning.

2. In order to prevent bacteria from developing drug resistance, anthelmintic drugs should be regularly replaced or different types of antiparasitic drugs should be used alternately to prevent or reduce the formation of drug-resistant insect strains.

3. When deworming rabbits, their feces must also be fermented to prevent the spread of pathogens and eliminate parasite transmission vectors and intermediate hosts.
