Domestic geckos don’t recognize their owners. Geckos are reptiles. Reptiles generally have low IQs and cannot identify their owners, so they will not recognize their owners. If the owner's feeding time is long enough, the gecko will not show nervousness and fear when the owner approaches, and will not attack the owner for no reason. However, geckos do not interact emotionally with their owners.

Notes on raising geckos:

1. Raising geckos requires preparing a breeding box. The environment inside the breeding box must be dry and ventilated, and strong of light exposure.

2. Geckos mainly feed on insects and are accustomed to eating at night, so you can feed some live insects, such as flies, mealworms, etc., in the evening, but be careful not to feed crustacean insects.

3. Be careful to put some clean water in the breeding box to facilitate the gecko to replenish water when it is short of water.
