Freshwater shrimp will not recognize its owner. Because shrimps are arthropods, they have no memory and no IQ. They only have simple and sensitive conditioned reflexes and do not have emotions like other animals. If the shrimp is fed for a long time, the shrimp may feel familiar with the owner, but this does not mean that it recognizes the owner. However, shrimps are very interactive and can be teased while being fed, which is very interesting.

How to raise freshwater shrimp:

1. Environment. You need to prepare a glass fish tank, put a layer of sand on the bottom of the fish tank, put some pebbles, and grow some plants appropriately to simulate the natural living environment of shrimp.

2. Change water frequently. The water for raising shrimp should not be too deep or too shallow, about 3-5 cm is most suitable. The water also needs to be changed regularly. If there is a filtration system, change it once a week. If not, it is best to change it once a day or two.

3. Feeding. The main food of shrimp is kelp, spinach and other pesticide-free vegetables, as well as some frozen bloodworms and fish feed for small lamprey fish. Feed once in the morning and once in the evening.
