Why do pigeons not fly high?
The reasons why pigeons cannot fly high:
1. Breed problem Different breeds. Common pigeons are nothing more than grass pigeons, carrier pigeons, meat pigeons, and ornamental pigeons. The larger and heavier they are, the worse their flying ability is.
2. Weather reasons. When it's cold or hot, pigeons don't like to fly and can't fly high. On continuous cloudy and rainy days, due to poor visibility and relatively high air pressure, pigeons have difficulty flying and can only fly at low altitudes.
3. Overfeeding. Feeding too much food will easily cause the pigeons to gain weight and become heavier, making them less likely to fly and unable to fly high.
4. Respiratory problems. When pigeons have respiratory problems, they will not be able to breathe smoothly and will soon become tired.
5. Less training. Because the pigeons themselves usually have less training, they will get tired easily after flying. When they are tired, they will appear tired. After being tired, the flying height and speed will decrease.
6. Older. Some pigeons will prefer to fly lower as they get older.
