The tree frog will not recognize its owner. Tree frogs are cold-blooded animals and have no self-awareness, making it difficult for them to recognize their owners. However, tree frogs have a certain ability to sense the outside world. Therefore, if you keep them for a long time, the tree frogs will gradually become familiar with people's appearance, movements and sounds. If you feed it, the tree frog will feel safe about you and will not harm you. But I won’t have feelings for you, let alone recognize you as my master.

How to raise tree frogs:

1. Breeding environment. Tree frogs require more three-dimensional space in the breeding environment, and there is no requirement on the length of the breeding tank, so they are generally raised in high boxes or tanks. The bottom layer of the breeding box can be laid with matting materials such as coconut soil or rainforest floor. In the three-dimensional space, some sunken wood or rhododendron roots can be arranged to provide climbing landscaping materials. Some epiphytes can be tied to the sunken wood or rhododendron roots. Plants, such as pineapples, epiphytic orchids, etc.

2. Food. Tree frogs only eat live bait. In artificial breeding environments, common reptile live feeds such as fruit flies, needle crickets, cherry cockroaches, mealworms, etc. can be mainly fed two to three times a week, and stirred every week or two weeks. Calcium powder and vitamin powder are fed together to supplement some of the nutritional deficiencies in the artificial environment.

3. Reproduction. Tree frogs emerge from hibernation in late March or early April. Spawns in still waters from April to June. Egg diameter is 1~1.5 mm. Dozens or hundreds of eggs form a ball and adhere to the aquatic plants. Some have completed metamorphosis by late May; hibernation begins in September to October.
