Chickens can identify their owners by their appearance, smell and the way they walk. Although chickens do not have high IQ, they are quite intelligent and very understanding of human nature. After spending time with their owners for a long time, they will naturally get to know them. There are many ways to distinguish one's master from strangers.

How a chicken recognizes its owner:

1. When it hears the owner’s voice, it will immediately run to the owner’s side.

2. Usually, it will take the initiative to rub its head against its owner for comfort.

3. Follow the owner. When a chicken trusts its owner, it will treat the owner as its mother and follow the owner.

4. Likes to be fed by the owner. Chickens are greedy eaters, but they prefer to be fed by people they trust.
